The ecological politics spent for Russia is objectively determined by an available level of economic, technological, social, political and spiritual development of a society and as a whole is not capable to prevent increase of ecological intensity in the country. Therefore — even despite of acceptance of set of the programs providing inclusion of ecological needs in plans of economic and social development of the country, creation legal systems of ecological regulation - to expect shortly for carrying out of an effective policy(politics) of ecological safety it is not necessary. 

The mankind has succeeded in creation of instruments of manufactures and technologies of destruction to itself similar and practically was not engaged in creation of the industry on processing waste products of the activity. In result besides an annual gain of volume of the advanced industrial wastes, including toxic, all over the world there are also old burial places, which number in industrially - the advanced countries is estimated in tens and hundreds thousand, and sizes of volumes of waste products achieve hundreds billions tons. Thus, if to speak about rehabilitation of an environment, having in view of systematic processing waste products (first of all especially dangerous) expenses in tens and hundred billions dollars one year are required during decades. 

We live on a very beautiful planet – on the Earth. Our planet has very rich resources: the bright blue of the sky, fresh, crystal-clear mountain lake water, the rich green of the mountains slopes, wild flower, picturesque views – all these sceneries of nature fill us with admiration.

Skiing is the most popular of all winter sports. It is believed that skiing comes from northern Europe and Siberia, where it was a vital means of transportation during the long, snowbound months of winter. The pre-historic people of these regions used skis to keep hunters on top of the snow. Wooden planks were strapped to feet, to prevent sinking and making it possible to glide over the snow and travel faster. Skiing was such an important way of life in Scandinavia that the Vikings worshipped Ull and Skade, the god and goddess of winter/skiing. The first written account of skiing appears circa 1000 A.D. in the Viking "Sagas" where several kings are described as being superb skiers.
